TiVo to Make Customized Version for Comcast

This may quell the continuing sentiment that TiVo will surely die as a result of not being able to sign a deal with a major Cable company (after recently losing their exclusive deal with DirectTV). I have to admit that I don't quite like my TiVo as much as I used to, both from a technical standpoint and from a company standpoint. There are some features in lower quality OEM DVR's that TiVo should have had long ago (I even emailed them about one of them) on the technical side and they seem to be doing some odd things on the company/business side. Always sad to see a company you were really rooting for (and recommending left and right) go in a direction you don't agree with. I still wish them the best of luck though.
