		<description>i would like to point out that microsoft has had tabs in their help browser htat seems to come with the OS and tabs in "visual studio 7". these COULD be used as browsers but the help browser does not integrate into the OS well and VS does take a lot of ram and takes a long time to load, i found it rather arogant of MS to release IE6 without tab support while they already had apps that did support them.</description>
